As a takaful service provider, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest level of service and support. This guide is designed to help you understand the key features of our takaful products and services, and how we can help you protect your financial future in a way that is consistent with your Islamic beliefs. From understanding the principles of takaful to learning about the different types of coverage available, this guide is your comprehensive resource for all things takaful.
It provides information on the services you can expect from the intermediary during the following stages:
- Before participating in a takaful plan;
- When deciding to participate in a takaful plan; and
- During the term of the takaful plan.
Service guide is now available for agency and bancatakaful channels. You can get a copy of the service guide at respective Takaful Operators' website/ customer portal and respective Takaful Operators' Head Office and branches.
You should be provided with the service guide by the intermediaries prior to participating in a takaful plan either in printed form or softcopy.
