Candidates are advised to read the instructions in full.
Failure to comply to the regulations and instructions may cause the candidate to be barred from the examination or the results invalidated.
Please be logged into ZOOM at least 30 minutes before the examination start time. The proctors reserve the right to bar candidates from taking the exam if they are late for the exam.
The ZOOM link will be sent to you via email 2 days before the examination.
- NRIC – to be viewed by the invigilator during the examination.
- TBE Examination Slip (Log into www.takafuleexam.com with the username and password used during registration to download the TBE Examination slip)
The basic requirements for online examinations are :
- The examination application can only be accessed via computer (desktop or laptop). The use of office computers may have firewalls that will bar you from the examination application.
- Tablet (iPad, Surface, Galaxy Tab, etc.) cannot be used for the examination.
- Access can be achieved using a browser (Firefox & Google Chrome).
- The candidate may access the examination application from any location that has a stable internet connection and the environment is not noisy.
- Download the ZOOM Cloud meeting application into your smartphone for video conferencing while the examination is being conducted.
- Do ensure that your smartphone and computer battery has sufficient power or is on charge during the examination.
Regulations while doing the examination.
- Candidate is prohibited from communicating with anyone else while the examination is in session.
- Candidate is prohibited from discussing the questions or copying the answer during the examination.
- If the candidate is found to have broken the examination rules, IBFIM has the right to invalidate the results and disciplinary action will be taken against the candidate, including being barred from the TBE for 5 years.
- The invigilator has the right to request for the candidate to show a 360° view of the examination location by turning the smartphone camera.
- This online examination session will be recorded for the duration of the examination, as evidence and reference should any candidate breach any examination rules.
Steps to log into the online examination.
- Click on the ZOOM meeting link via the smartphone. The link has been provided in the email. The host will begin the video conferencing 30 minutes before the examination.
- Start Video dan connect audio/ Call via device audio/ Call over internet. (Mute and unmute when requested)
- The invigilator will take the attendance of the candidates individually to confirm that the candidate is present.
- Via the computer, log into the examination link by entering the NRIC and registration number as stated in the TBE Examination Slip. Only candidates that have verified may access the examination application.
- Wait for instruction from the invigilator before beginning the examination.Â
