- The purpose of this policy serves as a guide on the penalties for the breaches or non-adherence to examination rules that may be committed by the TBE candidates.
- The Malaysian Takaful Association (MTA) reserves the right to withdraw, withhold or invalidate the results or certificates at any time pertaining to any alleged breach of examination regulations and procedures. MTA is the empowered authority to penalize any examination candidates found guilty of any dishonorable or unprofessional conduct or committing any breach of examination rules, regulations or procedures.
- The decisions taken shall be final and binding. The decision will be conveyed by the MTA to the affected candidate.

- The period of appeal is 14 working days from the date of the letter issued.
- All TEB members have the mandate to vote in passing the judgment for such breach cases. However, when conflict of interest arises, the TEB members from the respective Takaful Operators will abstained from voting.
